  Who We Are  
  For the past 25 years, Pat Braun has gained extensive experience in the construction industry as an owner/operator and project manager. Since 1994, he has owned two building/contracting companies—Alta Verde Building Solutions & Braun Contracting Services in Lakewood, CO.  
  In 2005, Pat began to expand his expertise by completing a green building certification course at Colorado State University. Pat has acquired status as an Accredited Professional in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) segment of the United States Green Building Council.  
  Pat has recently completed his certification requirements to become a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS). By combining these certifications with his passion for assisting mature adults in their quest to remain in their homes, Pat is uniquely qualified to offer Universal Design/Build services, blending energy efficient and sustainable building practices in order to create healthy, safe and visually enhanced living environments for his clients.
